Core Service
Stay strong, steady, and independent
Ageing brings real changes in strength, balance and mobility — our geriatric rehabilitation programs are designed to address those changes directly, helping older adults stay active, reduce fall risk, and maintain independence.
How It Works
Rebuilding strength and confidence, safely
Geriatric rehabilitation starts with understanding what's changed — strength, balance, joint mobility, or general endurance — and builds a program that's challenging enough to make real progress, without unnecessary risk. We pay particular attention to fall prevention and functional independence in everyday tasks.
Programs are available in-clinic or at home, depending on what's most practical and comfortable.
