How It Works
Preparation during pregnancy, recovery after
Our antenatal programs include childbirth education classes covering labour, delivery, breathing and pain management techniques, alongside comfort-care strategies for common pregnancy discomforts. After delivery, our postnatal programs focus on safe, structured recovery — including pelvic floor rehabilitation and core recovery for conditions like diastasis recti.
Sessions are available both online and in-clinic, including guided yoga sessions tailored to each trimester.
