Home care physiotherapy is especially valuable for elderly patients, post-surgical recovery, stroke rehabilitation, and anyone whose mobility makes regular clinic visits difficult. Our therapists carry out the same detailed assessment and structured exercise program as an in-clinic visit.
We also work closely with family members and caregivers, so support continues consistently between visits.
