Diastasis Recti Rehabilitation
Diastasis recti — the separation of the abdominal muscles that commonly occurs during and after pregnancy — can be effectively managed with the right guided exercise approach. Our postnatal rehabilitation program helps you rebuild core strength safely.
What is diastasis recti?
Diastasis recti is a widening of the gap between the two sides of the rectus abdominis muscle, most often caused by the stretching that happens during pregnancy. It can cause a visible bulge along the midline of the abdomen, lower back discomfort, and reduced core stability.
With the right exercise approach — focused on safe core engagement rather than generic abdominal exercises — most cases improve significantly over a structured rehabilitation program.
