Progressive Yoga was founded on a simple belief: lasting mental wellbeing starts with investing in physical health first. In a world where most people barely have time to think beyond work, family, and daily routines, Progressive Yoga exists to make space for that investment — physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

A deep hip-opening stretch performed from a low lunge, named for its resemblance to a lizard stretched along a page.
