Understanding the Condition

A common, treatable condition

Urinary incontinence in women is often linked to pelvic floor muscle weakness, which can result from pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, or other factors. Stress incontinence (leakage with coughing, sneezing or exercise) and urge incontinence (sudden, strong urges) are both common patterns we see and treat.

Our approach combines bladder training, pelvic floor exercises, and biofeedback to help you regain control — in a private, supportive setting.
